Sell a Property
Sell a Property
If you own a property in the Salt Lake area and want a simple conversation about selling, I can take a look.
I am usually looking for properties that need work, have tenants, are vacant, inherited, behind on maintenance, or may not be a perfect fit for a normal retail listing.
There is no pressure and no obligation. If the numbers make sense, we can talk through next steps. If they do not, I will tell you directly.
What to Expect
1. You send basic property information
2. I review the property, condition, area, and rough value
3. We talk through price, timing, and whether an as-is sale makes sense
4. If there is a fit, the transaction is handled through a local title company
This May Be a Fit If the Property Is:
Vacant - Behind on maintenance
Needs repairs - Owned by a tired landlord
Inherited - Hard to list traditionally
Tenant-occupied - Needed to close quickly
Labuda Real Estate is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide licensed real estate representation. Transactions are handled through appropriate title, escrow, legal, and licensed professionals as needed.
