I’m Zach Labuda, a Salt Lake City real estate investor.

My background is in finance with a real estate emphasis, and I’m focused on building a real estate business around simple numbers, clear communication, and clean closings.

I work with property owners who may want a simple as-is sale, and with local buyers looking for residential investment deals.

I’m not trying to force every property into a deal. If the numbers make sense, I’ll say so. If they do not, I’ll be direct about that too.

My goal is to build long-term relationships with sellers, buyers, agents, title companies, and local real estate professionals in Salt Lake.
